Summary: After changing to a 3rd room, it smelled like cigarettes when the air conditioner came on. So did the 1st room. The key cards kept messing up that’s why the 3rd room. T there was no maintenance person to fix key situation. The shower had pink blood stains. The bathroom had roaches. The one towel they had in the bathroom had oil stained hand print on it. So neither of us could take a shower until morning.

Summary: Front counter ladybwas very nice and professional. Our room needed the floors cleaned and the shower curtain was loose so it wouldnt stay closed and floor got pretty wet.

Summary: There were a few issues, the hair dryer didn’t work but they replaced it upon request. Bed was the most comfortable of any on our cross country trip. Floors could be replaced but it was clean.

Summary: The hotel has a great spacious set up in the lobby. And the rooms are spacious, which is a plus you have a place to sit apart from the bed.

Summary: Ice machine not working on 1st floor and no elevator so you have to use stairs to go to 2nd floor and ice machine was at the end of the floor breakfast was ok there was not a lot of low calorie or carb free options
